Private Business Loans arranges short-term, property-secured finance for Australian business owners who need money faster, or more flexibly, than a bank can provide. We work with caveat loans, second mortgages, private first mortgages and private bridging loans from $20,000 to $5,000,000, alongside unsecured options for smaller amounts.

What we believe about banks

Banks are brilliant lenders, and for a business with clean accounts, a standard property and time to wait, a bank is usually the right choice. We'll say so when it is. But bank policy is built for tidy files. A tax debt, a recent restructure, a credit default, an unusual property or a deadline measured in days can stop a bank application, even when the deal underneath is sound. If your bank has said no, or can't say yes in time, you're in the right place.

How we look at a deal

Private lenders don't score you against a policy manual. They ask three questions: what's the security, what's the money for and how will it be repaid?
